Finding What You Love

We all have one life to live. In our life, we need to find what we love to do and throw all our energy into working on that passion. There are several things we need to do to do what we love. For the next week, I will discuss what we need to do to do what we love. Right now, I want to focus on the first step to doing what we love.

People ask me why I love my Mary Kay business. The truth is I love introducing people to the amazing products and the awesome business opportunities for Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants. It is amazing the people you meet and the lives you can change. You change lives not only by using the age-defying products, but your life is changed when you own a business and are your own boss. You are able to decide when and where I conduct my own business. I am able to do as much or as little as I want to do.

I have never been so happy with a career! Sure I have to learn the business, but I am learning at the hand of a Mary Kay master. I listen and I do what my director, Tammy Escobedo, tells me to do and it works! I am committed to building my business for my family, to make Tammy proud, and for, most importantly, me. God is good and I promise Him that I will tithe 20% into the church. I believe only then will my business be blessed and grow.

The point of all this is that you need a reason why love what you do. It didn’t take me long to figure out my purpose or the reason I love to write personal development blogs and work my Mary Kay business. It is to… First, empower women to succeed through personal development. Second, empower women to feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.  Now, I can focus on what I love to do because I know why I love to do it!
