Anyone I have met that is successful is a promoter of personal growth.  It is apparent by the way they talk and the actions they take.  It isn’t just about getting a college education or going to reading a book and then putting it back on the bookshelf without further thought.

Real personal growth comes from reading and studying the book.  It is a process of taking what you read and applying it to your life.  Even if you read a book and do not agree with it, making an educated reason for not applying it to your life is a great way to grow.

One of my favorite books and a book that assists in personal growth is Jack Canfield’s The Success Principles. He takes you step-by-step through the success process, and, if you put his steps into practice, you will definitely grow.  It is a large book, but, once you get started, you will not want to put it down.  Please get your copy of The Success Principles.
