Wow, today is February 1st! Can you believe how fast it has gone? I sure can’t! I am so happy with the changes that have occurred in my life.

Today, I want to talk about another key to success. One that Really changed everything for me. It wasn’t that I didn’t know this, but I think I really misunderstood.

Many people think we need to have, do, and then be. This is totally backward. We should think to be, do, and then we have. If we become the person we want to be, do the actions that will help is be that person, then we will have the things we need.

This week I heard read in Think and Grow Rich (Napoleon Hill) that we need to “be” by holding in our mind the person we want to be for thirty minutes. This is when you close your eyes and visualize what you want to be. See the character traits, the way you help people, the skills you want, and even the weight you want to be at.

Next week we will talk about the do and have, but you have to work on you first. This is so important!

Challenge: It is your turn to close your eyes and visualize what you want to be for 30 minutes. See the character traits, the way you help people, the skills you want, and even the weight you want to be at. You can even make a vision board so that you can have that image up in front of you. I also make a vision board on the computer that is a movie with music.
