Some people dream of success, while other people get up every morning and make it happen.

There is one thing that I understand and that is the value of using your imagination to dream. It is important to decide what you want and make a plan. I always start with this step.
Next, I start to take action that is aligned with my dream and my plans. Even if this is a small step, it is still an important step. From there you can take more small steps. Soon you will start making bigger more inspired steps until you have finally reached your goal.
We talked about inspired steps in an earlier blog. They are the ones that all of a sudden pop into your head and lead to great strides that get you the closest to your dream. These inspired actions are a lot of fun and make time pass quickly.
If you dream and don’t take any action, you will stay where you are now. This place fills us with regret, which can lead to depression. Depression is never a good place to stay.

Brenton, my husband, and I will go along doing our thing. We work toward a lot of goals and most of them are the big ones. We get tired and want to stop. Instead, we go walking around stores we like or get a latte and talk about our dreams. This brings us back to why we take the action that we do. It helps us get remotivated and ready to take those steps again.
The one true way to stay away from regret and depression is to dream, take small steps toward the dream, and then to listen and take the inspired action necessary for real results.
Challenge: It is your turn to dream. What is it that you really want, even if you think it is impossible. Once you know what you want, you need to write it down on paper. Next, you need to take a step. Any step toward that dream will do. No matter how big or small the step is, it will begin to move you in the right direction. That one step will create an excitement that will propel you into massive action.
Let me know what action you took down below. If you don’t mind tell me your dream and how that small step made you feel. Also, please let me know if you had any inspired action this week.
