When we give God the first of our morning, we receive a blessing through the day. This does not mean we receive a perfect day that has no difficulties. We will have things that test our faith but, with God on our side, we can resist the devil and he has to flee (James 4:7).
When we start our day with God, we will open ourselves up to the Holy Spirit and He will guide us and direct our every step. Even though we may make mistakes, He will quickly and willingly come into our situation and help teach us through the circumstances.
