When Christ picked His disciples, he picked men with different talents and with from different backgrounds. Each disciple brought different skills to Christ’s ministry. As Christian leaders, we need to appreciate each of our follower’s talents and what they bring to our ministries.

Once we become Christians and start our devotions, it is time to learn our leadership skills.

The first step to leadership development is to work on our relationship with Christ. It is easy to get discouraged when we are not in the Word and having daily devotions.
