People need to understand that when you are passionate about something, the one thing we don’t want to do is work on the goals we set in a place of fear.  It is vital to work on our goals and action tasks from a place of happiness.

When we are happy, anything is possible.  Even when we go through tough times, we need to focus on staying in a happy place.  I know you are asking me how you can stay happy through the tough times.  Well, I have a solution that I use and it really helps.

The following are affirmations that help me stay focused on my happy place and gratitude.  Stating that you are happy and have gratitude is the first thing we all need to do.  Without these affirmations, we struggle to get through a goal and really see our passion take flight.

The affirmations that I use to stay in my happy place:

I am happy and grateful for the life-giving air I breathe each day.

I am happy and grateful that I am waking up every day and working on a business I love.

I am happy and grateful for my family and friends who support and encourage me.

I am happy and grateful for the abundant life that I live.

I am happy and grateful that I am succeeding no matter what happens.

I usually go on and on about how happy and grateful I am.  In the beginning, I have my clients start with 5 things they are happy and grateful for.  They have to write these gratitude statements before they go to sleep at night.  When they are frustrated and going through struggles, they need to read through them and remember why they are grateful, which helps take them straight to their happy place.

Challenge: Your 21-day challenge is to start writing happy and grateful affirmations before you go to sleep at night.  Start off with 5 and see what happens to your attitude and mood through every situation you go through.
